Levie Homes is finding more convenient ways for you to purchase a home.  We are in the process of trying to bring the   down-payment  on loans that involve Land-Home-Packages to $0 or as low as possible.  Currently, we have 95% loans with interest rates around the neighborhood of 6% (depending on credit) available to us.
