How Long after I Order a Home Will it Take Before It Is Completed? |

A: Generally the
production for the home itself is 4-6 wks. After the home is
delivered, a setting company usually takes another 2-4 weeks to
connect the marriage line, lay the carpet, hook up the utilities,
obtain permits from county/city,
etc. |

What kind of
"buyer's-incentives" do you offer? |
A: Right now in our
"Entertainer Models", we include an "Entertainment-Package"
which comes with a 42" High Definition TV, a DVD Player
and a Surround System to go with your built-in
Entertainment Center that comes Standard. You also have the
option to trade these items in for a deduction against the base
price of the home.
